Camlin Asset Management is a Vancouver, Canada based investment management firm. Camlin was spun out in 2004 from its predecessor investment banking firm and has a collective track record as a specialty fund manager dating back to March 2000.

Camlin utilizes a catalyst-driven investment approach to generate superior returns across its three mandates:

• Camlin Mergers & Acquisitions Mandate: This international mandate is available to corporate and institutional investors through institutional accounts and in Canada on a retail basis as a mutual fund distributed through Investors Group. The mandate invests in attractive pre-in-play merger and acquisition candidates.

• Camlin Turnaround Fund: This international mandate is currently available in Canada only to high net worth clients of the Pioneer Wrap Program offered by Richardson Partners Financial Limited. The mandate invests in temporary             depressed public companies where a well conceived turnaround plan is being implemented by a strong management team.

• Camlin Conversion Fund: This US mandate is currently available in Canada only in the Richardson wrap program as well. The mandate invests in thrifts that have a high probability of being acquired subsequent to the expiry of their statutory takeover restrictions.
